Who would have thought this old lady would rule over a pack of 10+ dogs? The other residents are literally afraid of her!
At the PAWS shelter, she was never a candidate for adoption. She didn’t really try to be picked 🙁 Instead, she would lay around and growl at any dog that got near her, or bite anyone who touched her the wrong way.
We couldn’t really blame her as she was severely overweight and her arthritic legs always gave her grief. Who knew that all she needed was a field of green grass to get her on her feet and running again? While she’s still grumpy and arthritic, she’s now at a healthier weight and getting joint supplements and lots of pets.
